Love Poems For The One You Love Volume 2
We are pleased to announce that Volume 2 of “Love Poems For The One You Love” is now available!
Whereas Volume 1 was written from a male perspective, we’ve turned the tables in Volume 2 and focused on love from a more feminine viewpoint.
However, just like in Volume 1, all of the poems are unique and original, and they are also short (8 – 18 lines), which means they are quick and easy to read.
This second collection of romantic love poems for her includes 80 main poems, another 20 that form a continuation of the short story told in verse and called Furever In Love, about two young people who meet and fall in love because of their love for dogs, that we began in Volume 1, and 10 more bonus poems.
“Love Poems For The One You Love Volume 2” is available in three editions (i.e. just like Volume 1):
- as a paperback, from Amazon (which is the best format if you want to give this to that special lady in your life as a romantic present, as you can have it gift-wrapped if you like)
- as a Kindle book, from all Amazon Kindle stores
- as a PDF eBook, from our own site.
Remember, Kindle books can be read on a PC and devices such as the Android, Blackberry, iPad and iPhone, as well as on Kindle readers, and PDF ebooks can also be read on a variety of devices, including PCs and iPhones.
“Love Poems For The One You Love Volume 2” is the perfect gift for your wife, fiancée or girlfriend, or, of course, as a little treat for yourself.
To find out more or to purchase a copy (in any format), please visit “Love Poems For The One You Love Volume 2“.
Facebook Secured – Setting Up Your SSL
Facebook Pages are the best way to get your message to the Facebook masses. It is not only a secondary source for traffic but a dynamic resource for interacting with your customers.
On March 11, 2011, Facebook switched its primary scripting language from Facebook Markup Language (FBML) to iFrames. FBML is a very static format and limits what you can do with your Pages.
In contrast, iFrames provides you with the potential to create more dynamic and personalized Pages.
With iFrames you can host files on your websrver and then display them within Facebook. You can use HTML, CSS, or even WordPress themes to create pages that are unique and branded to your business.
Without getting too techie, iFrames by creating an App, short for application, which is how people are able to place content on Facebook. Games like Farmville are applications. After you create your own App you use it to read and display files located on your server within Facebook. If you update a file on your server the App then updates your Facebook Page as well.
Once you get the iFrame App all set up, it is really user friendly and customizable.
Facebook also recently started to recommend that its users use a secured connection to view Facebook. In fact, all Apps must be hosted on a secured server beginning October 1, 2011. This is being done to help protect user’s privacy from the bad guys out there trying to steal from you.
While this is a good thing, meant to protect Facebook’s members, it also impacts how your Pages are delivered. Chances are most Pages are currently served on a traditional web server. This means that the data is being broadcast using an unsecured protocol.
So if a Facebook member has opted to use the secured Facebook option when they go to your site they will see this:
If your Facebook Pages and Apps are not secured and your visitors are browsing securely (The most influential Facebook users almost all are!) then that is what they will see. So just imagine how many Facebook visitors you and your clients are potentially losing.
Ask yourself which group you’re in. Are you someone who sits back and let’s Facebook ‘slap’ your page away from you? Or are you an action taker that benefits while everyone else sits on the sidelines?
Do not get caught out and lose your Facebook pages and your clients’ Facebook pages because you are not prepared.
We have just released a step-by-step guide that walks you through how to set up your own SSL certificate on your own domain.
This topical guide will cost you only $4.95, so get your copy today and don’t get left out in the cold.
Earth-Shock By Nicolas Morton – A Review
When I recently discovered that a fellow magician had written a spy thriller, I had to take a look, as this is one genre (out of many, in fact) that I love.
The book is called Earth-Shock, and it’s written by Nicolas Morton, a mind reader from Melbourne, Australia.
The novel features Matt Sharp, an agent of the ASIS (which is roughly equivalent to Britain’s MI6 or the USA’s CIA).
Initially set in the Australian Outback, where some unexplained earthquakes result in the mysterious disappearance of two geologists, Matt is dispatched to investigate.
Meanwhile, in Japan, a fatal nerve gas attack in a subway is carried out by the brainwashed followers of a deranged cult leader, Takashi.
The two events seem unrelated, until Matt digs deeper and uncovers Takashi’s plan for world domination using the fabled Tesla machine, a device previously thought to be impossible to build.
Matt joins forces with the Japanese CIA, in an unholy alliance with the Yakuza, in a desperate race to stop the madman from carrying out his evil plans.
So, what do I like about this novel?
- It’s fast-moving.
- The characters are believable.
- There’s just enough gadgetry without it being OTT.
- There’s a lovely twist at the end.
- All in all, it’s a great read.
Is there anything I don’t like about Earth Shock?
If I were really being picky, I could only say that I wish it had been a bit longer, but I know that, at just over 300 pages, it’s probably the right length – any more and the pace would suffer, and that would ruin one of the joys of this novel.
(I can tell if I’m enjoying a book because if I do, I tend to speed up the closer to the end I get.)
In many ways, it reminds me of our own debut novel, Ring Of Daggers, which is also an action/adventure story, and that’s maybe one reason why I enjoyed it so much.
So, if you want a good, entertaining read, we can highly recommend Earth Shock.
