We are pleased to announce the publication of the first in a new series of “twisted” short stories by Jaime & Raechel Faulkner.
This third book in their Coffee Break Tales series is called Going To The Dogs, it’s just over 2,500 words in length, and as the name suggests, it has a twist at the end – just like their Twisted Flash Fiction anthologies.
|“I really like Jaime & Raechel’s writing – every time I read one of their stories I end up with a grin on my face. The clues are there – not too obvious, but hanging around the edges of the story. And while there’s a kind of grisly humor to many of the stories – and this one is no exception – I do like the twists that are built-in. They write a compelling story using a minimum of space.” (Katie Darden, California)|
So what’s it about?
George and Anthony are partners in a chiropractor business and they are losing customers.
Find out whether the reason for this will come to light before it’s too late – but too late for whom, George or Anthony?
Going To The Dogs is currently only available in a Kindle edition.
Remember, though, that you don’t need a Kindle to read this book, since the Kindle edition can also be read using Kindle software and apps on many other devices (e.g. PCs, iPhones, Android phones, tablets).
|“A classic story-telling style with a bit of an Agatha Christie feel to the set up. Not a lot of sudden twists to the story, but more of a lurking feeling of something going on – and then it gets you. Not a standard ending, but it works well.” (David Holmes, California)|
